Meet Our Instructor
Amy is a passionate and creative pediatric Occupational Therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, and their families thrive. She believes therapy should be fun and tailored to each child’s unique strengths, partnering closely with parents to create practical strategies for home, school, and community life.
She specializes in supporting functional life skills, including fine and gross motor development, handwriting, feeding, and daily self-help activities. Amy draws on her expertise in sensory integration, interoception, and primitive reflex integration to design playful, personalized interventions that build real-world skills and confidence.
Amy earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University and is a registered member of both ACOT and SAOT. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, crocheting, baking, and listening to music.
